• Professional details (license numbers, insurance information, service categories, years in business, service areas)
• Payment and billing information (processed securely through our payment processor)
• Job postings, bids, proposals, messages, reviews, and other content you submit
• Preferred Network selections and related notes
• Bid and proposal information submitted by guest bidders who have not created a full account, when invited to bid via a secure, single-use invitation link
• Communications with Bidistry support

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages viewed, time spent, referring URLs)
• Log data and analytics
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

C. Information from Third Parties

• Payment processors (transaction confirmation and status)
• Identity or verification services (when used for account or vendor verification)
• Publicly available business information (when relevant to profile enrichment or verification)
• Meeting and scheduling data from Zoom, when you use Bidistry's Zoom integration to request, schedule, or join meetings through the Platform (this integration is planned for a future release)

Children: The Platform is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform
• Create and manage your account
• Facilitate job postings, bidding, messaging, Preferred Networks, and related features
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Communicate with you about your account, transactions, support requests, and Platform updates
• Improve the Platform, develop new features, and analyze usage patterns
• Generate aggregated and anonymized insights (see Section 4)
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal information.

• With Other Users: When you post jobs, submit bids, send messages, leave reviews, or share Preferred Network information, relevant details are visible to the intended recipients on the Platform according to the features you use.
• Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party providers who assist us with payment processing, hosting, analytics, email delivery, customer support, and security. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they perform for us.
• Legal and Safety Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bidistry, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information.
• With Your Consent: We may share information for other purposes when you have given us explicit consent.

We do not sell personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.
